John comes to Urban Links Kelowna with over 17 years experience as a CPGA Professional. Prior to joining Urban Links, John spent the last seven years as the Head Professional at the beautiful Shannon Lake Golf Course in Westbank, BC.

While at Shannon Lake, John established a large and loyal following of students who enjoy his style of teaching and patience. Before moving to the Okanagan area, John was originally from Calgary where he taught at several courses including the Glencoe G&CC.

John has a genuine passion for golf instruction and a deep commitment in seeing his students improve. He is extremely excited about the Urban Links training method and firmly believes golfers can improve faster here than anywhere else.
